I grew up in Upstate New York and received both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The University of Rochester. I worked as a college counselor and then as an elementary school guidance counselor until my husband was transferred to California with Apple Computer .

I've been a real estate professional here in Silicon Valley since 1988.  During that time I have sold or helped purchase homes from Los Gatos to San Francisco, though I tend to specialize in the Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Mountain View and Los Altos areas.   

Just by the nature of Silicon Valley, many my clients have been executives and their families from the high technology sector.  A specialization of mine has been East to West relocations. I've worked with relocating families tied to Apple, Adobe, Claris, Digital Equipment, HP and a host of others. 

Our family lives in Los Altos Hills.  We raised our children in public and private schools in Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos and Los Altos Hills.

My friends know me as a "shopper."  In fact, what I pride myself on is value shopping on the buying side of real estate and creating high value on the selling side.  It becomes my personal mission to help you find the best price if you're buying and get the best price if you're selling

Recently, I joined Sereno Group, Los Altos. This is only the second real estate company I have been with throughout my entire career. I joined Sereno Group because of the quality of agents it has attracted and because I was impressed with a real estate company that would include social responsibility in its mission statement:
